Balancing your 3D Life in a 5D Awareness

I asked Aga, one of my Guides, to give me some idea of what I should write about today. She said “just tell them what you know they are going through being in form in the third dimension yet knowing that they are SO much more than this”.

She is right. Like me, you are being challenged to keep up with all the requirements of being an embodied soul. You are taking care of families, households and jobs. You have to communicate day in and day out with others who unconsciously dose you with their internal pain and discomfort in the form of anger, resentment, jealousy and confusion. Sometimes you are engaging in that behavior too.

What is worse? Doing all of this 3D human engagement without awareness? OR doing it when you know it is not the full truth about who you are? It can almost become horrifying to watch yourself descend into reactions that you know will only cause you more discomfort. You’ve come to know that what you do to others you also do to yourself.

Now that you have gone further into yourself mining and discovering your divine true nature, you have choices to make. Every. Single. Day. Some days it hardly seems worth it. Even worse, other days, it seems pure fabrication that anything other than this 3D is Reality.

I understand this because it happens to me all the time. These atmospheric waves we are riding right now at times threaten to tear you asunder dive bombing your good will and positive vibes. Love and light indeed. Some days it’s more like ‘forget the whole thing’.

Because you and I have lived a long time eating of the third dimension programs at which we are expertly practiced, it is all too easy to slip back into the well worn groove of simply existing, causing no ripples and barely breathing. The path of least resistance while surely more painful is at least a known path. Safe.

Your relationships and work lives are going through the ringer. When you express your positive, life affirming viewpoint more often than not you are looked at like you’ve lost your mind. Heaven forbid you mention your increasing intuitive experiences.

Some days you are foggy, groggy and overwhelmed to the point that you simply can’t get much done. Other days you have moments of deep joy, appreciation and clarity with very few, if anyone, with whom to share it.

All of this IS precisely what you came to experience. More of you are awakening to this fact. You are also coming to understand that what you hold in Awareness operates outside of the third dimensional life experience. It is of a more quantum nature, a light wavelength unseen to the naked eye. An ethereal Reality. A growing conscious awareness.

For our purposes we can call this a transfiguring third to fifth dimensional viewpoint. But for those more advanced readers, we know that the fifth is only a reference point with oh so much more well beyond this marker.

You also understand that you are in a distinct minority of highly sensitive and conscious humans who know that it is precisely a life led from inside out that creates wellbeing. So just how do you stabilize your third dimensional existence within your growing Awarenesses?

Well, some humans do not do so very well. They wobble all over the place creating all kinds of havoc in their lives. This IS one way to do it. For others of us who take a more measured approach, tools are required. Daily tools for living that allow us to gain and regain balance.

If you have not already done so, review the many ways that help you stay within a range of comfort or quickly restore you when pain and suffering enter your energy field. For me, these include morning rituals for centering, anchoring, balancing and clearing my energy centers. These are mostly directions I give myself via visualization.

I call on my Light Council which includes Angels and Ascended Masters. I use color rays and crystals too as needed. I also use essential oils and a few supplements to support myself while also choosing foods that tend to be supportive too.

It takes time to sort out what routines will be the most helpful, some trial and error is involved. Follow your internal promptings as you build this level of necessary self care.

Most of all, be gentle and forgiving of yourself. You have an extremely complex life at this time on the planet. Allow yourself time to receive comfort and caring that only you know how to provide yourself.

Sometimes I hear from those who think they are “doing it all wrong” that they are not “ascending fast enough”. This type of pressure is unnecessary and unkind to yourself. Where you are in your own growth is perfect for you today. I have to remind myself of this on a regular basis, especially when I’ve fallen away from what I know takes better care of me.
